Camilo Posada Rodas, is born in Medellin, Colombia, on February 28, 1978. His family leads it to living to the city of Cartagena. This stage of his life marks it because he never forgets his first images next to the sea. In 1980, he returns to the city of Medellin where from very early age he demonstrates his creativity. For his years of college in the (Columbus School) he is outlined and in 1996 he graduates with mention of honor: excellent pupil in arts. On having graduated he is going to be lived by his aunt Maria Elena Posada, due to the fact that his parents move to live through Rio Negro. He begins to study Architecture at Pontificia Bolivariana University of Medellin. His aunt, an out-standing artist invites him to take part in a collective exhibition and convinces him to take beyond his creativity. He takes part but does not manages to see his exposed work because military service is forced to give. He finishes his service and devotes himself squarely to his career as architect during the following 5 years. Parallel to the architecture he recaptures his painting and decides to do part of an artists' family. Nowadays he devotes himself to both trades, Architect in the day and Artist in the night and the weekends. In his linens he takes form, his natural and original talent turning it into critiques and images environmentalists immersed in a passion of color. His abstract figure formed of force marks scenes of his diary to live, his dreams or thoughts, doing that his work, transmits a conflict solved by his senses, for the interpretation of those who sit the work.
